Quilting with the Village Quilter

Welcome to my blog. I have a passion for quilting and love to share ideas with fellow quilters (or those who would like to become a quilter). I have been quilting since 2000 and have taken many classes from different teachers, from both local and nationally recognized instructors. I tend to gravitate to traditonal quilts but have dabbled in some of the art quilt techniques. I currently work and teach quilting at a store in the Detroit area. I enjoy helping people develop their ideas into quilts and, most importantly, encourage and excite them as their ideas come together. I hope some of my postings will give you ideas and stimulate your creative juices!
